How do my appointments work?
Discovery Call
During our complimentary consultation, we'll explore your reasons for seeking my guidance as a therapist or coach, and I'll outline the ways in which I can provide support. Please don't hesitate to inquire about anything that's on your mind; this conversation is entirely without obligation, and you're welcome to ask any questions without any pressure to schedule additional sessions.
Before your first session:
To get ready for your upcoming app, you might be required to fill out a lifestyle questionnaire and maintain a diary of your food intake and any symptoms you may experience.
Initial Session:
During the initial session, in your first consultation, we will delve into your medical background, dietary habits, and way of life. By doing so, we can gain a more comprehensive grasp of your present general well-being and the status of each bodily system. Follow up sessions:
In the subsequent sessions, your follow-up meetings are of great importance in ensuring that you receive comprehensive support. Analysis of Functional Testing and Findings:
